    Kim Lindlof, President/CEO of the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce and her colleague, Mike Guarino, Community Engagement Specialist, Mike will review some outside-of-the-box thinking on how to promote the mid-Maine region to potential employees, tourists, and towns.  They will present the Chamber’s innovative and unique approach to helping its members staff their respective businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities.  This includes marketing, education, recruitment, and retention efforts.  It’s not all about the money!  Attendees will develop an awareness of the innovative as well as the more traditional ways in which the Mid-Maine Chamber is working in the region and beyond to grow the workforce numbers and support businesses in their efforts to recruit qualified candidates to fulfill their open positions.
