Getting Leaders out of the FAST Lane (Frustrated, Anxious, Stressed & Tired)

This workshop is designed to help leaders get out of the FAST lane.  Being frustrated, anxious, stress and tired impacts how we show up on any given day.  As leaders, we are always giving.  When we give out of an empty cup, it impacts us negatively.  The goal is to help you imagine the capability to consciously recognize when you are reacting to life’s circumstances, even in the most challenging moments, and know how to choose exactly how you want to act.  This will help you see opportunities when others see problems, and to see what’s right, instead of what’s wrong.  It is an approach for literally re-writing the rules for your life and multiple processes for integrating these new rules so that they become who you are and how you live!
