Program Description: HR professionals are frequently asked to lead change, influence decisions, and drive results—often without formal authority. Whether partnering with senior leaders, guiding managers, or advancing cross-functional initiatives, influence is a core HR competency. This session equips participants with practical strategies to lead effectively from any role by building credibility, strengthening relationships, and aligning influence with organizational priorities. Participants will leave with actionable tools to increase their impact and position themselves as trusted advisors, regardless of title or reporting structure.
