Dear HR and Business Professionals of Kennebec Valley,

Welcome back and we hope you all have had an enjoyable summer season! Don’t miss KVHRA’s September program – Designing, Implementing & Measuring Programs to Support Employee Health & Wellbeing - presented by Marshall Johnson, Producer, Lockton Companies and Kathy Hewes, Precision Health Consultant

Program Description: Employee well-being has evolved far beyond traditional wellness programs, requiring employers to take a more strategic and measurable approach to supporting their workforce. This session explores how organizations can design, implement, and evaluate holistic well-being programs that address the physical, emotional, financial, social, and career dimensions of employee health. Participants will learn how to effectively leverage wellness funds, align initiatives with organizational goals, and progress from morale-based activities to engagement and outcomes-focused strategies. Through real-world examples and a multi-year planning framework, attendees will gain practical insights for building sustainable programs that improve employee experience, engagement, and overall organizational well-being.

    Learning Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

    1. Identify the key dimensions of employee well-being and evaluate how wellness resources can support a holistic approach to workforce health.
    2. Differentiate between various types of well-being program models, ranging from morale-based initiatives to outcomes-focused strategies, and understand their impact on employee engagement and accountability.
    3. Develop a phased well-being strategy that incorporates measurable goals, participation tactics, and long-term planning to support organizational and employee success.

This will be an in-person meeting. Enjoy a light breakfast and network with your Kennebec Valley HR colleagues!

    Date & Time: Wednesday, September 9, 2026, 7:45 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.
